Sanatosha Sewar, Esq. is a Florida Real Estate Attorney and Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator dedicated to helping property owners, landlords, and businesses navigate the legal issues that arise in owning, leasing, and managing real estate.
Through Sewar Legal, P.A., Ms. Sewar has developed a particular focus on serving Florida landlords, providing both individual legal services and ongoing resources through the Sewar Legal Landlord Membership Program™. The program is designed to give landlords convenient access to legal resources, educational materials, forms, legal updates, and ongoing legal support to help them manage their rental properties more confidently and effectively.
Our goal is simple: to make quality legal guidance more accessible to Florida property owners while helping landlords be proactive, informed, and prepared.
Education
Mrs. Sewar received her B.A. (Magna Cum Laude, 2010) and M.S. (Summa Cum Laude, 2011) from Florida A & M University. She received her J.D. (2015) from Nova Southeastern University.
Affiliations
As a student, Mrs. Sewar was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society and a member of the White and Gold Honor Society. She served as Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, Marketing Chair for Gwen S. Cherry Woman Lawyers Association, Social Chair for the Association of Business law students, and Liaison between T.J. Reddick Bar Association and the Black Law Student Association.
Mrs. Sewar is currently a member of the Attorney’s Title Fund Services, LLC. and the Minnis Bar Association. She is also active in the community through services of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Broward County Legal Aid, Habitat for Humanity, City of St. Pete, Tampa Bay Rays, and the Early Learning Coalition.
Admissions
Mrs. Sewar is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. She is also certified by the Supreme Court of Florida to practice as a Circuit Civil Mediator.

Mrs. Sewar’s experience in real estate law enables her to provide her clients with creative, expedited service and results-oriented legal representation in all phases of real estate law. She is well versed in the Prohibitions of Unfair, Deceptive, or Abuse Act or Practices (UDAAP), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and the fair lending and responsible banking laws and regulations. This knowledge has allowed her to obtain great success during legal negotiations in all areas of real estate transactions and civil litigations.
